There’s a planet where it rains glass — sideways!
On the exoplanet HD 189733b, winds blow over 5,000 mph, and it rains molten glass that gets whipped around the planet sideways. Imagine needing a super-space umbrella!

Octopuses have three hearts and blue blood!
Two hearts pump blood to the gills, and one sends it to the rest of the body. And yes, their blood is blue because it uses a copper-based molecule (hemocyanin) instead of iron like humans. Basically, they’re underwater aliens.

You technically glow in the dark — just very faintly
Humans naturally emit a tiny amount of bioluminescent light, but it’s 1,000 times weaker than our eyes can see. Scientists have captured it using ultra-sensitive cameras. You're literally glowing — invisibly!

Sharks existed before trees!
Sharks have been swimming in the oceans for over 400 million years, while the first trees appeared around 350 million years ago. That means sharks were roaming the seas 50 million years before there were any leaves on land!
