The interview is taken with Mr Madhu Lohani who is the Secretary of the Central Committee of PABSON and Mr Sunoj Das Shrestha who is the Head Teacher at karkhana.

In response to lockdown due to the COVID 19 pandemic, Karkhana organized a Google Meet conference with four school leaders and leaders of Google Educators Group (GEG) Kathmandu. The conversation was moderated by Mr. Sunoj Das Shrestha, Head Teacher at Karkhana. Mr. Sushil Upreti and Mr. Sagun Dungana, Leaders of GEG Kathmandu were invited as experts of Google Tools for Education.

The online conference revolved around three main issues:
School leaders are facing challenges themselves to adopt online tools and they are not being able to connect with their team.
Similar challenges are faced by school teachers as they are also trying to learn to use online platforms to get connected with their teammates and their students.
Google for Education offers a wide range of services and online tools for free that can be used by school leaders and teachers to run online education.
